Puppy Application

The first step to purchasing a puppy from Noble Cascade is completing our puppy application. The application is designed to help us get to know you better, and help us determine which puppy is right for you. We will review applications in the order they are received. We will contact you if your application is approved or if we need additional information from you.

Reservations

All approved applicants will be notified via email once reservations are open. This happens in two stages:

  1. Confirmation of pregnancy: $500 non-refundable deposits for 3 males and 3 females will be accepted.

  2. Puppies are born: $500 non-refundable deposits for available puppies will be accepted.

Reservations and a $500 non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a puppy from the litter. Reservations can be made through phone call or email on a first come, first serve basis. Non-refundable deposits can be made by personal checks, cashier's check, money order, or cash.

When you make a reservation and place a non-refundable deposit, you're confirming your intention to welcome a puppy into your home. We'll do our best to accommodate your gender and coat length preferences, but please understand that these cannot be guaranteed. If your first choice isn't available, you'll have the option to either move your deposit to a future litter, giving you priority on our waiting list, or choose from any remaining puppies that match your second preference within this litter.

Waiting List

Approved applicants are automatically added to our waiting list, under no obligation to purchase a puppy. You can choose to make a reservation when the time comes or choose to remain on the waiting list to be considered for a future litter. If there are no reservations available you will remain on the waiting list, unless you notify us otherwise.

Final Steps and Going Home
 

Puppy Matching

Puppies will be matched to their potential owners after the temperament testing and structure evaluation at 7 weeks of age. Matches will be based on the information provided during the puppy application process, the results from the Puppy Aptitude Test & PAWS Working Dog Evaluation (for potential working dogs), the structure exam, and our observations from the previous 7 weeks. We'll reach out to each new owner to discuss the matches we've identified, and help them choose the puppy that aligns with their family, lifestyle, goals, and preferences.

Final Purchase

Puppies cannot go home until the puppy contract is signed by both parties and remaining balance is paid in full. Payment can be made through personal checks, cashier's check, money order, or cash. Personal checks must be cleared prior to taking the puppy home.

Going Home

All puppies will go home no sooner than 8 weeks of age to ensure they remain with their mother and siblings during this crucial development time. Puppies must be picked up between 8 and 9 weeks of age. For the well-being and social development of the puppies, it's essential that they join their new families within a timely manner; therefore we're unable to accommodate extended stays unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon. Any puppy staying longer than 9 weeks will be assessed a boarding fee of $20/day.

We require that you schedule a veterinarian appointment within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home.
